Recently, the two national standards "Proton exchange membrane Fuel cells Part 3: Proton Exchange Membrane Test Method" and "all-vanadium Flow battery Design Guidelines", which are mainly drafted and drafted by Suzhou Kerun New Materials Co., LTD and Yang Dawei, general manager of the company, have been approved by the state.

The development of the industry cannot be separated from the standard norms and guidelines, and the "Medium and Long-Term Plan for the Development of the hydrogen Energy Industry (2021-2035)" jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration recently clearly proposed to establish and improve the hydrogen energy industry standard system. As a professional manufacturer of proton exchange membrane, the core material of domestic flow energy storage batteries and fuel cells, and a member of the National Fuel Cell and Flow Battery Standard Committee (SAC/TC342) (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Committee"), Kerun has been actively participating in the standard revision work of the standard committee.

On March 9, 2022, the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration and the National Standardization Committee issued the announcement of the National Standard No. 2 in 2022 and approved the national standard "Proton exchange membrane Fuel cell Part 3", which was centralized by the standard Committee. Test Methods for Proton Exchange Membranes (GB/T 20042.3-2022), Kerun and Yang Dawei, general manager of the company, participated in the revision of the standard as the main drafting unit and main draftsman. As the only two proton exchange membrane manufacturers in the standard drafting unit, they played an important role in the revision of the standard.

At the same time, it was learned from the national standard information public service platform that the national standard for the flow battery industry, "all-vanadium Flow battery Design Guidelines", which is mainly drafted by Yang Dawei, general manager of Kerun and the company, has been approved and will be released and implemented soon.

Kerun Group was founded in 2011 by Dr. Yang Dawei, an expert of the national 10,000 Thousand Plan, and is mainly engaged in the research and development and industrialization of proton exchange membranes for fuel cells, flow batteries, and hydrogen production by electrolytic water. Since its establishment, the company has won a series of honors such as national specialized and special new small giant Enterprise, national high-tech Enterprise, national key new product, national major first set of equipment in the field of energy, Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award. The company is the only enterprise capable of large-scale production of proton exchange membrane for flow batteries in China. Since 2020, more than 70% of domestic MW flow battery projects have adopted Keron membrane. At the same time, Kerun membrane is also the first domestic fuel cell proton exchange membrane that passed the strong inspection of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in China and completed the announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
