Description

 

Thinkre ion exchange membrane represents the heart of flow battery, PEM water electrolyzer and hydrogen fuel cell. Alongside our experts, Thinkre group has already opened up the whole industrial chain from TFE to PFSA resins to PEMs and achieved industrialization with 3 production bases.

The strength, durability, moisture retention and vanadium resistance of Thinkre ion exchange membranes for Redox Flow Battery (RFB) are improved by introducing special materials during the tape casting process of membrane preparation. In this way Thinkre PEM can provide worldwide leading-edge solution for RFB.

In addition, the new generation of Thinkre PEMs for flow batteries adopts self-developed perfluorosulfonic acid resin, which further improves the coulombic efficiency and energy efficiency in the application of flow energy storage batteries. 

NEPEM could be widely applied in Redox flow battery,such as Vanadium flow battery,lron flow battery,lron-chromium flow battery etc.

◮  Measurements taken with membrane conditioned to 23° ℃,50% RH for 24h.
◮  Conductivity measurements at 23 ℃,100% RH.
◮  A base titration procedure measures the equivalents of sulfonic acid group in the resin, and uses the measurement to calculate the acid capacity or equivalent weight of the membrane.
◮  Water content of membrane conditioned to 23℃ and 50%RH(dry weight basis).
◮  Water uptake from dry membrane to conditioned in water at 100℃ for lh(dry weight basis).
