The 15th Shanghai International Long-Duration Energy Storage and Flow Battery Exhibition grandly opened on June 3, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The exhibition was bustling with visitors on its first day, and Kerun made its debut as scheduled.
As a representative company in the field of key materials for flow batteries, KERUN showcased its proton exchange membrane products and fluorine-containing fine chemicals (perfluorosulfonic acid resin, perfluorosulfonic acid resin dispersion, tetrafluorosulfonyl lactone, etc.) applicable to flow batteries, hydrogen fuel cells, and water electrolysis for hydrogen production. The booth attracted many professional visitors, partners and industry media to stop and exchange ideas.
Concurrently, KRON was invited to attend the "Flow Battery Technology Development Forum" and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Research and Industrialization Progress of New Generation High-Performance Proton Exchange Membranes for Flow Batteries".
The presentation focused on the current demands of the flow battery industry for higher performance, better stability, and scalability of proton exchange membranes, and systematically introduced the latest breakthroughs achieved by Kerun in material design, preparation processes, and industrialization.
