On April 22, 2021, the energy industry flow battery Standardization Technical Committee held a drafting working group meeting of national and industry standards for flow batteries in Wujiang, Suzhou. The meeting was hosted by Suzhou Kerun New Materials Co., LTD. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Liang, Secretary-General of the National Fuel Cell and flow battery Standardization Technical Committee, and more than 30 members of the working group participated in the meeting.

The meeting invited Director Xu Guoliang of the Equipment Department of Suzhou Industrial and Information Bureau to participate, Director Xu welcomed the working group of the standard discussion held by the Technical Committee of standardization of flow batteries in the energy industry in Wujiang Development Zone, and introduced the achievements made in the development of Suzhou in recent years. At the same time, it is also hoped that enterprises with independent research and development capabilities such as Suzhou Kerun New Materials Co., Ltd. will continue to improve performance and reduce costs to prepare for the outbreak of the development of the flow battery industry in the field of energy storage.


In the morning, the experts attended the meeting on the "Vanadium flow battery system design guidelines" and "vanadium flow battery reliability evaluation method" two national standards were fully discussed, in the afternoon, the experts on the industry standard "Vanadium flow battery ion exchange membrane general technical conditions and test methods" were fully discussed, the standard was revised by Suzhou Kelun New Materials Co., LTD. Suzhou Kerun New Materials Co., Ltd. has been actively participating in industry standardization work for a long time, actively fulfilling social responsibilities, undertaking industrial development responsibilities, and taking scientific and technological innovation as the driving force for development.
